Our company help real estate owners solve problems they face with our discerning real estate investment skills, which we have cultivated by leveraging the value-up examples of real estate in Japan and overseas that we have learned through our involvement in cross-border transactions and the needs of end-tenants that we have learned through leasing.
＜Brief History＞
・I began my real estate career by working for a start-up leasing real estat company.
・I then moved to the Investment Sales Department of Savills Japan KK.
I worked as an intermediary for real estate sales and brokerage for real estate trust beneficiary interests.
・Thereafter, I engaged in real estate brokerage business at a real estate company in Singapore.
・Upon returning to Japan,
I work in the investment division at Japan Properties KK. I invest in existing buildings in the Tokyo
metropolitan area and conduct value-up projects through tenant replacement and renovation work.
And engaged in investment advisory business, Type II Financial Instruments Business and money lending
business manager.
